How do I add a card?
Scan the card with your camera or enter the data manually. If the code is not clear enough, use manual entry instead.
Why is the code not scanning?
Increase screen brightness, make sure the full barcode is visible, and hold the phone straight to the scanner. If needed, reopen the card.
How do widgets work?
Selected cards can be pinned to the home screen so you can open them faster without first going through the full app flow.
How do I share a card with family?
For supported sharing scenarios, you can add close family members and give them access to the card from the app.
How do I connect an extra loyalty code?
In supported scenarios, an additional loyalty code can be attached to the main store card and shown in the needed order at checkout.
Does it work offline?
It depends on the card type and how the code is stored inside the app. Some saved-card scenarios can still open without an internet connection.
What should I do if the app shows an error?
Restart the app, check that you are using the latest version, and if the problem repeats, email support@ailekart.app with device and scenario details.
